So you have a wedding related business! What makes a PMN Wedding Fayres the one to attend?


PMN Wedding Fayres has been built around what you the suppliers need; we know that you want the best venues, at the best time of year, at of course the best prices. We make sure there are a great cross section of exhibitor's at all of our Fayres, from well established businesses to new first time ventures. We know from our experience, that this is what our customers want to see.

All of you will offer something different and unique to the customer; for all the potential brides and grooms attending, we know you will meet or ultimately exceed their expectations. We will give you as much space as you require (no lined-out areas, so you won't feel restricted!)  as we equally want your day to be a success for you, and that you enjoy it. Many of our exhibitors are now consistently returning to attend our fayres, some like to book a year in advance to secure their favourite venue and position.

How do we market our fayre?


Our success has been the fact that we gain an amazing footfall at all of our fayres; 8,000 visitors with 4971 actual brides, so far in 2011. This is achieved through our already established reputation and a broad selection of marketing media;

We use radio commercial airtime (whatever radio station is the most prominent for the particular area required) this consists of thirty-five, thirty-second slots, broadcast one week prior to the fayre.  A further 5000 high quality flyers/information leaflets are distributed within the same area, to local businesses and residential zones.

We secure the best newspaper advertisements within all the local publications i.e. The News (Portsmouth, Fareham & Gosport), Chichester Observer, The Echo (Southampton), Meon Valley News and The Petersfield Post, to name but a few. Obviously we research and advertise within the relevant areas which are likely to generate the most interest to that specific venue.

Our association with County Wedding Magazine enables us to advertise in their bi-monthly publications, across the counties of Hampshire & Dorset, Sussex & Surrey. This means that we are reaching a vast amount of readers who are looking for your wedding business. We further advertise in a select number of national wedding publications, not to mention using a variety of social media networks also, so feel free to find and link with us on these important media facilities.

Bespoke signage and visual impact banners at chosen locations close to the venue are usually in place 6 weeks prior the fayre. Approved local directional road-signs are placed at predetermined roads to clearly highlight the route to the venue, at least 3 days before the fayre

What does it cost to exhibit with us?

We appreciate that your business is individual and we are therefore happy to discuss your particular requirements. Of course we have structured prices for specific sized areas, giving you the optimum exhibiting space, with table size choices and electricity if required. Please contact us for further details.

With numerous exhibitors attending our fayres, there is a possibility that we may be fully booked for your particular wedding business, or if you have previous commitments and are unable to attend one of our fayres;  why not advertise in our complimentary goody bags? Arrange with us for your flyers, business card or leaflets to be handed out and/or placed in our goody bags, that way your business will still be seen and you won’t miss out on the opportunity of ‘being’ at a fayre. We are always sourcing new venues and looking at new ways to promote your business.
